Dr. Sunil Phougat obtained his M. Phil. & Ph.D. in Economics from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak (Haryana), INDIA. His major research interest includes agricultural issues under WTO, subsidy issues, crop diversification and agricultural trade. He has a number of articles and research papers to his credit, published in various reputed Economic Journals and Newspapers.
